The undersigned Property Owner/Agent authorizes Mold Busters to act as the GENERAL CONTRACTOR to obtain an appropriate property damage assessment and estimate for repairs. Upon reaching an agreeable scope
of work, method of repairs and price with the Insurance Provider, Mold Busters will proceed with the repairs prescribed by the Insurance Provider. The undersigned Property Owner/Agent authorizes the Insurance Provider
to discuss matters directly with Mold Busters as the General Contractor; however, not as a legal representative or Public Adjuster. Mold Busters agrees to act in the best interests of the Property Owner/Agent. Property
Owner agrees to allow Mold Busters to perform all repairs prescribed by the Insurance Provider for the total insurance approved Replacement Cost Value (RCV) -inclusive of Overhead and Profit- with NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE PROPERTY OWNER/AGENT EXCEPT THE INSURANCE
DEDUCTIBLE.
The total agreement price will be the total insurance approved Replacement Cost Value (RCV). Material and Labor Specification will follow upon insurance claim approval. This Agreement shall also include any and all insurance documents and General Contractor estimates that should follow for this claim.
At no time has Mold Busters ever represented itself or its staff as any legal representative or a public adjuster. Mold Busters has not discussed and will not discuss policy and/or coverage with any party.
